These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SNE platform, including our websites, mobile applications, rider services, delivery services and related products and services (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
SNE connects customers with independent, verified riders for on-demand rides and delivery services, including Okada rides, cargo delivery, courier services and errands (each a "Trip"). We are a technology platform — riders are independent providers and not employees or agents of SNE. Prices are displayed before a Trip is confirmed and are binding once you accept.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services and must provide accurate, current information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
Riders must hold a valid licence, provide accurate documentation and meet all verification requirements before providing services. Riders are expected to comply with all applicable laws, including traffic regulations, and to treat customers with respect. SNE may suspend riders who breach community standards or these Terms.
Fares are confirmed before a Trip begins. Where available, payments may be made by mobile money, card or cash. You authorise SNE to charge your selected payment method for confirmed fares and any applicable fees (including cancellation fees where they apply). Refunds are handled in line with our refund policy.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including: creating fraudulent accounts, misrepresenting pickup or destination information, harassing riders or customers, using the Services for unlawful purposes, or attempting to interfere with the platform's operation. Breach of this section may result in account termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SNE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the relevant Trip. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the revised version here. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Services at any time; we may suspend or terminate access for breach or where required by law.
